These aren’t necessarily the 10 best apps. All these apps may not have been released in 2009. Heck, I should probably just called it my Top 10 Favorite apps since I have only been using the iPhone on/off in 2009 (and briefly in 2007). Before I share my list, let’s take a look at Rick Broida’s list. (Visit the site for his commentary on the apps)

1. Dragon Dictation
2. How the Grinch Stole Christmas
3. Kindle
4. Public Radio App
5. Regator As in "aggregator."
6. RunKeeper Pro
7. Simplify Music 2
8. Slacker
9. Traffic
10. WiFiPhoto

What I like about Rick’s list is that it’s not the “cookie” cutter list that you get from most people. He’s got some real diversity there. Read on for my Top 10!
